Hari Om Parents!
Here is the summary of last Sunday's class (3rd Feb):
- Started the class chanting three Om and followed by Sahana vavatu.
- continued our vedantic Alphabet learning with letter I for Intelligent. Discussed Body, Mind and Intellect and how all are connected to be a better person. - - Had kids do Ganesha puzzle activity to understand mind vs intelligent thinking. Also Played memory game with different items.
- also learnt J for Japa. Had kids chant "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya". Explained importance of chanting and how it brings concentration.
- Played an activity by sitting in circle to say Rama by touching and passing it to the next person and say Rama. Did the same thing with Om as well.
