Our class started with chanting 3 Om's
followed by opening prayers
OM saha nāvavatu
saha nau bhunaktu
saha vīryam karavāvahai
tejasvināvadhītamastu
mā vidviṣāvahai
OM śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ
and chanted
We then said our shlokas:-
1) Vakratunda Mahaakaaya
sooryakoti samaprabha
nirvighnam kurume deva
sarva karyeshu sarvada
2) sarasvati namastubhyam
varade kāmarūpini
vidyārambham kariṣyāmi
siddhir bhavatu me sadā
We did our Yoga stretches and poses and after
that we did our bhajans.

After singing bhajans, we played our meditation game and the kids counted the pebbles from 1 to 20 in english and sanskrit.
We all enjoyed the story " Ant and the Dove " and learned that every good deed we do for others will come back to us.
And following the story we did the Ant craft which the kids really enjoyed.
In the end of the class, we were rehearsing for our stage performance on Feb 10th.
Announcements:
1) On Saturday 9th we will do a full costume rehearsal at 12.30 in the ashram.
2) We will not have our (Prek /Toddler AM) balvihar session on Feb10th as we all will meet that day at 1.30pm for our stage performance.
