Below is what we covered in the class today.
Week 9:
11th November 2018 / 9:15AM
Shlokas:
- Sahanavavattu (opening prayer)
- Sarvamangala Mangalay Shloka on Goddess Parvathi (page 39 my prayers)
- Mahalakshmi Ashtakam- verse 1 to 8 (page 40 my prayers)
Lesson:
1. Pandavas settle in Upaplavya.
2. Pandavas along with Krishna and other kings assemble to discuss the future of pandavas.
3. Drupada send his messenger to Dhritarashtra.
4. Arjuna and Duryodhana seek Krishna's help in the war.
5. Krishna accepts to become the charioteer of Arjuna in the war.
6. Sanjaya is sent as a peace envoy to Pandavas.
7. Yudhishtira is unhappy with the proposal and asks for atleast five villages for his brothers and Draupadi.
8. Krishna decides to go to Hastinapura as a peace messenger.

Class was divided into two teams and we played a game of Jeopardy on Virata parva and the lesson covered so far.
