Hari Om Parents,
We continue our journey into the next chapters of the Mahabharata story with a very interactive group of kids. As we complete the Week 3 of Grade 5 Sunday AM class, following are a few updates.
- We had our back to Balavihar meeting today. We reviewed the attached "Welcome to Grade 5" deck. It covers the Grade 5 2018-19 plan, along with key events and schedule.
- Attached please find the Week 3 Update, that covers the detailed activities for today's session and some action items for the parents
- One new activity we are sharing starting today is the weekly blog by the kids. Each week one kid will volunteer to capture the story covered that week in the class. Please find attached the first weekly blog submitted by Vikram Ranganath that covers Week 1 & 2 (since we started this activity from Week 2 only). We already have some enthusiastic volunteers for subsequent weeks (Sahasra & Varun) as noted in this weeks update as well. We request more kids to signup so we can have a complete set of the Mahabharata Story from kids in their own words.
