Hari Om Parents!
Here is the summary of last Sunday's class (27th Jan):
After finishing our stage performance successfully on 13 January, we are now back to the regular curriculum of Alphabet safari.
- Started the class chanting three Om and followed by Sahana vavatu.
- continued our vedantic Alphabet learning with letter H for Happiness. Had kids express what is happiness and what makes them happy. At the same time explained what actions can make us happy.
- had kids draw happy face vs sad face on white board and talked through more on happiness vs sadness and cause of it by explaining state of mind.
- practiced Geeta chanting verse 41, 42 again to bring them into the chanting mode. In Kindergarten we need to learn 8 verses from chapter 18 ( from 41 to 48). Whenever you have time, please play it from below link to the kids to listen and chant.
