In This week's class, we have discussed about VarNasrama (caste system), guNa and Karma.

We have learnt Bhagavad Gita up to 60.

We had great discussion on how the three natures (guNa) of humans Satva, rajas and Tamas lead to caste system. Also we saw how every human are under the influence of all these guNas with examples. We took many examples of how the right combination makes us a righteous person and how one needs to see one self beyond three guNas to realize the truth.

We Learnt that Based on guNa and duties (karma) the society is divided by the lord into four castes. Discussed how the so called fifth caste (untouchables) doesn't exist and only came over time as an exploitation. Also, we learnt that by birth everyone is sudra and how one grows into a caste by the nature and duties. It was exhaustive and kids participation was awesome.

Kids brought up nice examples and tried to figure out one of the current politician's caste based on his guNa and Karma.

This week our grade led the prayer and Aarti. Kids did a great job.

We could not spend much time on skit preparation, we will focus more on it in coming week.
