As a part of our learning curriculum we had Junior Chinmaya Yuva Kendra students – high schoolers teach the class this week. It was a fun interactive class between high schoolers and 6th graders. We introduced our second topic – "India The Sacred Land". We talked about -why it is important to learn about India, Our valuable culture, Geography and the symbolism of various secular features.

Gita Chanting Quiz: We had a group chanting competition between Girls and Boys. Most of the kids chant well now. Please have kids practice the verses at home.
