Hari Om Parents,

In today's class we learnt about three revered saints - Ramana Maharshi, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Swami Vivekananda. We were lucky to have two Junior Chinmaya Yuva Kendra -Balavihar students (JCHYKs from the 11th Grade) come and teach the class. It was a very interactive session, with engaging discussions on the how the lives of Saints teach us to live a life of inquiry and to focus on what is important without giving way to distractions. 2. Practiced Geeta Chanting Chapter 18, Verses 51-53
3. Discussion on the facts of life of Ramana Maharshi, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Swami Vivekananda, with emphasis on their teachings and application in our daily lives.
4. Pop quiz on Mahabharatha, where the class was divided into two teams (they enjoyed quizzing each other very much!)
5. Conclusion prayer
6. Aarti & Pledge in the auditorium
