Dear Sunday Morning Grade 4 Parents,
We had our 6th Balavihar session on Sunday, Oct. 21st. Our next class will be on Sunday October 28th at the Mercer County Park in support of the CORD Walkathon. Please see email from Balavihar Coordinators for details about the program and directions.
Our Agenda for this week:
1. We started our class at 9:15 with Prayers and Meditation
2. Using the Popcorn Reading method, we read the story about Krishna's birth. While we did not have an opportunity to discuss the story, the children were all engaged in this exercise. We anticipate that the children have many questions and comments about the story and we plan to discuss this story further in our next class room session.
3. We had an abbreviated class time today as the whole Balavihar group was conducting a Saraswati Pooja at the Temple. We dismissed the class at 10:45 after which we all assembled in the Temple.
