1) Started the class chanting three Om and followed by Sahana vavatu. Went through line by line to explain the meaning and have the kids repeat each line to make the kids familiar with the words and understand the meaning.
2) took attendance by having the kids say HariOm.
4)  started to recap of last week discussion and taken the coversation on who is god?,where is god? And what does he do?. After few kids sharing their view point, started the story of Young prince and Minister who tried to explain the prince on the 3 questions.. it was a long story, but kids were patient and quiet to see what were the answers for those god questions.
6) introduced brain yoga (thopukaranam) and few other yoga. Kids had fun with that!
7) expaliend about what is the Alphabet safari and difference between the Alphabet that they know from school with the vedantic Alphabet.
8)  had the kids color the Alphabet safari animal cover for the project.  played Ganesha saranam bhajan in the back ground while they were coloring. They enjoyed by nodding\singing while coloring!.

9) finally wrapped up the class with exit ticket of having the kids think about how to see God and what could letter A stand other than Apple and Alligator...

Before going to Arati,  we picked two kids who behaved really well in the class and have one of them lead the line front and other in back.  Reiterated to the kids as how we should go to the prayer hall and behave while going as well being there..
