Hope you are all having a good week. Here is synopsis of what we did in class this past Sunday.
1. Opening prayers
2. Dhyana Shloka Buddhir Balam with meaning
2. Review of last week lessons and stories
3. Game - knock off Ravana 's habits (heads ) depicting Anger, hate, jealousy, lies, cheat, fear, pride, selfishness, greed . Pic attached.
4. Crossword puzzle
5. Backbone project - completed from words buddhir to arogata in the dhyana shloka . The children were asked to write about what they thought on each of the words in the dhyana Shloka. This will be put together the end of year on a cardboard that represents the backbone.
6. Hanuman Chalisa recited till 10 caupais with story about Ravana the demon.
Looking forward to seeing them this Sunday.
Please note the 2nd grade class program is not on Feb 10 th. The date will be announced soon.
