Hari om everyone,
In today's intense class, we got into discussions so deep that we had to be ushered into the auditorium under supervision (or we wouldn't finish :). We learnt BG till Verse 59 before we were pushed out of the class!
We have elaborated on the topics from last class with many, many, many more examples to establish them. The subject of karmasiddaanta is key to understanding higher vedaantic texts. We will be hashing it out for some more time. We spoke about Matrix; Meta-Physics; Taarzaan; Mowgli; Lion and the rabbit; trains; pendulums; space; and upaniShads - to list just a few! Phew! We were all over the place to just establish one point: karma.
For the next few weeks, we may not give too many details about our class. We will be starting to prepare for our class presentation which is on Mar 10th. We want to keep it under the wraps from the parents! Feel free to discuss with your children. However, we will not be revealing too much through emails.
For now, all we can say is, some of the children are given an assignment and they are required to collaborate to finish the project. If your child is one of them, please make sure they are meeting the timelines. This will be exciting!
Only a handful of the students are irregular. Parents, please make sure your children attend classes regularly. It is essential for our rehearsals, planning and logistics. Besides, it is not fair to all the children who come diligently to be kept waiting.
Advance wishes for a very Happy Sankraanti/Lohri/Pongal. There is no Bala Vihar next weekend. See you all on Jan 26th.
