Here's a quick recap of 12/14 Friday class
It was Movie Day at Balavihar. After the opening prayers and chanting the dhyana Shlokas, we spent some time talking about the movie the kids are going to watch. We went through the guru parampara of Chinmaya mission with the kids and briefed them on the swami Chinmayananda's story. We learned about Swami Chinmayananda during our session on 'Yashas' and what qualities and service of swamiji made him famous. Class also learnt about how he started the Chinmaya Mission and Balavihar for children. Then we watched "On a Quest" movie in the auditorium. They all enjoyed the experience and even got a surprise snack treat!
This was the last Balavihar class for the year 2018. Have a wonderful and safe holidays. See you all in the new year.
