Dear Parents,
It was good to be back after the Navaratri break.
This week our schedule was as such:
** Opening Prayers: Shanthi mantra, Vakrathunda mahākāya, Sarasvati namastubhyam, Guru Brahma, Buddhir Balam
** Activity: Since it was only a 45 minute class, we decided to skip the story and do an activity based on the Mahābhārata. Each child was given a chit containing the name of a character, and was asked to write how that character connects to the epic. This activity had the children discussing with their friends and creating a constructive environment.
Eventually, all these chits will go on a board to form a 'Character tree'.
