Summary for Bal Vihar KG session Oct 05 2018
1. We started with chanting 3 Om's followed by prayers "Sahana Vavatu" followed by "Ekadantam Mahakayam" and "Gurur Brahma Gurus Vishnu"
2. Next we played meditation game by closing eyes and counting the number of coins in our mind as they were dropped in the box.
3. Next we went around the room Recaping our Bal Vihar alphabets from last 2 weeks "A For Aspiration" and "B For Brotherhood".
4. Next we moved to our next alphabet "C For Cleanliness". We explained the meaning of cleanliness doing a little experiment with 2 glasses of water, one filled with dirty water and the other with clean fresh water.
5. This was followed by a small story about the importance of cleanliness.
6. Next we played Swami's video of Bhagwat Geeta Chanting. Followed by chanting verse 41 on page 21 with all the kids.
